Ouch! Now go away!

Towards the end of our Sunday long run, the lower part of my right calf started hurting. It feels tight, like a big knot. I rolled it with the Trigger Point roller and footballer, and it felt better.

Today during Chips, after about six 400s, it started again. I rolled it again, so fingers crossed that it loosens up soon.
