Weekly Summary: San Francisco Marathon Training Week 4

I was very off of what I was supposed to do last week. I hope to get back on schedule this week.

Monday: (Rest/cross) Off
Tuesday: (Recovery 5) 5 with 5x100 (Chips)
Wednesday: (Lactate Threshold 10 w/5 at HMP) 5 easy in morning
Thursday: (MLR 11 mi) 4 in 90 degree heat in evening
Friday: (rest/cross) Off (car accident)
Saturday: (Recovery 5) Off
Sunday: (17) 10 total- 2 mi warm, 5k race, 5 mile cool

Miles this week: 24
Miles in 2012: 582
